The Indian Restaurant Congress is back in its 6^th edition with new flavours.

The “6th Indian Restaurant Congress”, themed ‘#DOTHENEW’ will highlight all related topics behind this wave. The conference is scheduled to take place on 29th & 30th August 2016 at JW Marriott Aerocity, New Delhi, followed by Indian Restaurants Awards on 30^th August evening.

Everyone in the restaurant and food business is either doing something new or is tweaking their menus and businesses to meet the customers’ demand.
